Alliums are my favorite bulbs to plant by far. Were you looking for vegetable plants that need a little attention in the fall you could overwinter, or for general bed-prep tips? If the latter, I’d look into cover crops. If looking for things to plant in fall, depending on your location, some things can be sown to get a head start on spring growth (spinach works well for me in zone 7). I’m even able to harvest some over the winter, with some protection.
